Luke Klifman – Rota Fortunae
“Influenced by the power of fate, Luke creates with intensely personal touch. Philosophic thinking and Alt Country style which can affect every anxious mind or simply reveal a hidden aspect of this world. Don't miss this sound!”

At first glance the track appears as a familiar folk rock sound. By the chorus, though, it’s clearly a fresh take. Rota Fortunae is the wheel of fortune, i.e. fate, and the lyrics contemplate this phenomena, begging the question whether anything is actually random, or rather a culmination of inflection points—little decisions, meaningless on their own but impactful in sum. All musical parts combine to create an enchanted summer sound, transporting the listener to Midwestern summer nights—a place they’ll recognize and relish regardless of whether they’ve ever been.
